Got Questions? We Have Answers

In the case of adults the age doesn’t really matter to join our courses, but in the case of children they should be able to use a computer and have an adult nearby in case they get stuck and need help.

Of course there are; actually we asses your level during the demo class and we start from the level that is most appropriate for you.

We try to teach the courses completely in Spanish, however all our teachers speak fluent English so if you do have any questions they will be able to explain to you in your own language as well.

All of our teachers are native speakers who are also fluent in your native language.

24 hours before the lesson starts so that we can schedule the class and guarantee the availability of a teacher.

You can do as many hours as you want, though we do recommend that you not study more  hours than you can productively assimilate.

The levels are a set quantity of hours, so depending on the frequency that you take your classes the exact time to complete the level will vary and may be very different between individual students. Each class lasts 1 hour but if you wish it is possible to book more than 1 hour consecutively.

Depending on the course you selected, the recommended quantity of hours per week of classes will vary. Whatever you choose, we can be flexible to accommodate your personal needs. For example, the Relaxed Pace Spanish course is a recommended 2 hours a week, whereas the Intensive Spanish course is a recommended 1 hour per day.

We offer all levels, from complete beginner to advanced learners.

If you wish to cancel a class for whatever reason, that’s no problem. However we do insist that you let us know at least 3 hours before the class is due to start in order to advise the teacher. If you cancel less than three hours before the class is due to start, you will be charged for the hours that you have scheduled.
